In this role, you will be joining the senior leadership team to lead strategy for a $1B business and operations of 350 dialysis clinics and report to the Avanti Group Vice President.As a thought partner to our senior team, you will be a strategic leader for field operators and as an internal consultant. This position is responsible for driving strategic and operational initiatives within Avanti. Representative projects include development of the 3-year strategic plan, decision making around capital deployment, identification of new market opportunities and development of new models of collaboration in existing markets. The Director will join a team of highly motivated individuals and, at this level in our organization, our leadership ranks consist of ex-consultants, military leaders, investment bankers and hospital C-suite executives.DaVita Kidney Care operates or provides administrative services at 2800+ outpatient dialysis centers located in the United States serving approximately 230,000 patients.
