Discover your exciting roleThe Director Project Controls - USA is responsible for providing day-to-day support for projects. Develops systems and processes for Project Control disciplines of cost and revenue forecasting/reporting, fiscal data integrity, change management, budgetary contingency management, contract business process compliance, maximizing margin, project stakeholder’s interface, scheduling and facilitation and resolution of issues that may affect project financial objectives. Explore your tasks and responsibilitiesDevelops policies and procedures in alignment with corporate objectivesPerforms cost estimating, analysis, and control activitiesSupports design engineering in the development and monitoring of engineering work schedules, control tools and detailed manpower utilization plansDevelops Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures for control and integrity of work defined by the contractInterfaces and maintains liaison with client, subcontractors and others on all controls related items including reporting requirements, monthly expenditures, budgets, cash flow projections, and work progressLiaisons with all team leaders to communicate required completion dates and interfaces between responsible partiesAnalyzes schedule progress and performance to identify developing problem areasCoordinates the review of Project Profit/Risk Analysis with management and provides status reportingPromotes a KPI driven culture based on the use of tools and processesSupports the team on the total cost of ownership and cost reductions through end-to-end financial analysis of the opportunities from the different areasAligns a KPI driven culture by providing areas with key reports and metrics and promoting its useProvides the team with analysis of projects and portfolio data for trend setting, and or correctionsWorks with finance and the team to maintain transparency and accuracy of cash flows, and APParticipates on the development of the operations plan, and performance tracking against set targetsIdentifies new ways of working and lead the change to improve and cost efficiencyAnticipates issues/barriers versus project plan and develop appropriate actions in support of business goals/aimsUnderstands and applies the skills necessary to play an active role in constructing basic financial frameworks, managing project budgets, and following up on project metricsDemonstrates and shows others the Company values and behaviors necessary to drive business resultsOpenly accepts feedback and new perspectives for self-developmentDelivers portfolio performance progress weekly/monthly/ad-hoc reportsProvides leadership and drive a KPI driven performancePerforms risk-analysis /forecasting and mitigation plans for projects portfolio in order to minimize any negative impact on CompanyPromotes a safety culture within the team and others. Ensure all activities are executed under the safety of all involved, as well as the safety of the community and environment Show your expertiseMinimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required15+ years of experienceExperience working with corporate decision makers and managing negotiations is a priorityPrevious operations experience for the semiconductor industry or similar high-tech manufacturing construction is preferredPrevious experience in an EPC environment providing budgetary and financial oversight and management for large projects in the range of $500M Contact:You want to be part of the Exyte team?
