Mig Welder Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Various shifts available ( Monday through Friday from 05:00am to 03:30pm )

• We are seeking a skilled and dedicated MIG Welder to join our team in an industrial setting.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality MIG welding operations according to specifications during a consistent night shift. 

Mig Welder Qualifications:

• Perform MIG welding on various metal components and structures as per job requirements.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols to determine appropriate welding processes.
• Ensure the quality and integrity of welded products through visual inspection.
• Accurately measure and mark materials using a tape measure.
• Operate and maintain welding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies within an industrial environment.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for the entire 10-hour shift (5:00 PM - 3:30 AM).
• Ability to repeatedly lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Capable of performing the physical demands associated with industrial welding tasks.
• Proven proficiency and experience in MIG welding techniques.
• Ability to read and accurately use a tape measure.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
