Day-to-Day Responsibilities – What You’ll Be Doing: - Start your day by prepping and cleaning your HomeSmiles service van, restocking tools and equipment
- Use your mobile tablet to check your route and scheduled appointments
- Meet with homeowners or property managers to confirm service details
- Identify equipment issues and troubleshoot hoses, pumps, ladders, and sprayers
- Track and maintain tool inventory and alert team lead when replacements are needed
- Perform services in a timely and professional manner.
What You’ll Need to Succeed: - Experience in operating pressure washing systems, installing gutter systems, inspecting HVAC or tank/tankless water heaters and minor plumbing/electrical tasks.
- Prior experience in sales, door-to-door canvassing, or customer-facing service roles with proven ability to upsell.
- OSHA or trade certifications are a plus.
- Military or veteran experience highly valued.
