Mint Market, a boutique located in the heart of Jersey City, NJ, is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Stylist to join our team. If you have an eye for trends and a knack for creating memorable customer experiences, we’d love to hear from you!

What You'll Do

As a Sales Stylist at Mint Market, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while showcasing our curated collection of unique and stylish pieces. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers in finding items that suit their personal style and needs.
• Providing personalized styling advice to enhance the shopping experience.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
• Building strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits.
• Staying up-to-date on current fashion trends and our product offerings.
• Supporting the team with inventory management and restocking as needed.
• Creating social media content as needed
• Listing items on our online platforms as needed

What We're Looking For

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or retail sales role.
• A genuine passion for fashion and styling. Interest in pursing a career in fashion is a plus!
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers.
• A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to work well in a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to providing top-notch customer service.
• Must be available at least 10-20 hours a week
• Must be available at least one weekend day.
