Job Title: Provider Relations Coordinator

Location: Remote with Frequent travel in Central New Jersey

CHN, PPO is a proprietary PPO network of Medlogix servicing all lines of business including Auto/PIP, Workers’ Compensation and Health Benefits

Description of Position:

• Recruitment of physicians, providers and groups into the CHN PPO network in assigned territory.
• Represent CHN PPO externally delivering a professional and polished image.
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with participating providers/physicians in assigned territory.
• Solicit providers by telephone, in person or direct mail to discuss the benefits of participating in the CHN PPO network.
• Conduct orientation and other service visits to CHN PPO Participating Providers. 
• Respond to provider inquiries by interfacing with Medlogix/CHN PPO departments to expedite resolution of these issues.

Qualifications:

Required

• Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Valid State issued Driver's License

Preferred

• Undergraduate degree in a healthcare-related field.
• Thorough knowledge of NJ counties and cities, able to navigate throughout all of Central NJ
• Self-motivated and willing to accept responsibility.
• Meet deadlines and work well under pressure and take initiative to work independently.

Additional Information:

• Frequent travel in Central New Jersey.
